FAQs & Timings

When I purchase a Brand logo, what is the process?

✅ After you make a purchase you will receive an automated email with a link to the order form

✅ The order form is the form that you fill in to give us the details of your required logo such name, tagline and other information regarding the logo design etc

✅ Once you submit the order form the job will be automatically queued with the design team and they will prepare your example designs and send by email within 48 hours (this may go to 72 hours maximum if purchased in a sale period)

Whats the next stage after I receive my designs?

✅ Within 48 hours we will send 3 x Mock up logo designs to choose from based on the information and brief that you give us on the order form

✅ You can either approve the design or select a design and request up to 3 revisions

Whats happens if I want to request a revision on one of the designs?

✅ On your email you will have the option of choosing a style and requesting a revision to that style, for example you may want a different font, a change in colours or touch ups to the design etc

✅ Once a revision is requested we will then produce a “mock up” file to show you either for an approval or a further revision request

Whats happens if I want to approve a design?

✅ On your email you will have the option of choosing a design and approving / signing off that style by submitting a STYLE SELECTION Form

✅ Once the Style Selection form is received we will then produce your final and full set of files within 24 hours.

What kind of files will I receive?

✅ Hi Res & Lo Res PNG files. PNG means the logo file will have no background colour so you can apply it to website header, business cards etc and it will simply just place on top with no background colour

✅ A Jpeg file - This file will have either a light background or dark background depending on your logo colours

✅ AI Source File - which is a Vector-based image which are commonly used by graphic designers. The files are small, yet the images themselves are infinitely resizable without losing quality. They’re perfect for logos and icons and most printers will request AI files if you want your logo on clothing or large print materials such as advertising, clothing and pull up banners etc

How will I receive my files?

✅ Once the design team create all the files and products they will then be sent to you via email by secure transfer with a link to download them to your own device or PC etc

How long does it take to get my finished logo?

✅ Due to demand we will send the 3 logo designs within 48 working hours (if you purchase during a sale event then this could go to 72 hours depending on the volume of orders).

✅ Once you get back to us with your decision we will create the full set of files within 24 hours

So 4 days maximum but we usually have it done in 3 days as we like to please.

What is the final cost? Are there any other hidden charges?

✅ The cost of aBrand Logo pack starts at just £65 - There are no hidden costs however you will have the options of buying some nice add-on products when you come to select your design but these are entirely optional

Do you save credit card details?
